9. Returns Policy
All JoyCan products are custom-made to your specific requirements (including size, design, and embellishments). Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This policy applies to all custom figure skating dresses, rhythmic gymnastics leotards, lyrical dresses, and other bespoke performance apparel.
Exceptions will only be made if: (a) the product is defective in craftsmanship or materials upon delivery; (b) the product does not conform to the agreed-upon customization specifications (e.g., wrong size, incorrect design details) due to our error. To qualify for a return or exchange under these exceptions, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery, provide clear evidence of the defect or non-conformity (e.g., photos, order confirmation), and return the product in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/embellishments intact).
If your return request is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a full refund, a replacement product, or a store credit. The cost of returning the product to us will be borne by you, unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
